Ben Harrison comes from a family of successful realtors. One could say he cut his teeth on the signboards of his parent's listings. By the time Ben obtained his real estate license he'd been through the home buying and selling process literally hundreds of times.

Perhaps it was growing up on the shores of Lake Sidney Lanier that helped Ben to find his personal niche in the sale of resort type properties. He excels in the area of golf, lake, vineyard, mountain and other properties with a caveat to recreation and luxury.

To his credit, Ben has been recognized multiple times by the Atlanta Board of Realtors and Communities 100 Magazine.

His keen eye and business acumen have been a tremendous asset to his clients looking for development opportunities; he's been fortunate to be at the crux of several light commercial and land agreements. Ben realizes each person's needs and wants are different, no property is alike, and each client has unique obstacles to overcome.

Ben founded Sun Realty Group, LLC to expand his opportunities and to provide the market with personable, ethical, hard working and like minded realtors who understand the merits of a true professional. Having built his own career on referrals, old school respect for people and dogged determination to be results driven he knew he had a formula for success.
