A Comprehensive Community

Reunion Country Club and its surrounding community marry convenience, recreation, and relaxation!  Homeowners enjoy an unparalleled quality of life that many can only dream of.  Seemingly everything was considered in the development of this village-style neighborhood and club.  Homeowners are spoiled with tremendous amenities and activities. The Village Square is the pulse of the community.  Neighbors wave to each other as they make their way from the pro shop or to one of the many activities held daily.  Residents often get a glimpse of the fairytale weddings held on the Grand Lawn! Wide sidewalks flank the paved streets and several parks are scattered throughout the neighborhood.  Enjoy a relaxed lifestyle that celebrates all the finer things in life, all within steps of your front door.  Residential opportunities include a small offering of townhomes and an expansive assortment of single-family homes.

“My husband and I recently moved back to Reunion and enjoy our townhome so much! I love to walk.  Our neighborhood is perfect!  We are more than pleased with all this community has to offer,” said Patti Curtis, a local Real Estate Agent with Sun Realty Group.

Reunion Country Club

Located less than an hour away from Atlanta via Interstate 85, Reunion Country Club is in the City of Hoschton, in Hall County. It’s a short drive to Braselton, Buford, and Flowery Branch.  Recently, Northeast Georgia Medical Center built a state-of-the-art hospital campus just down the street!  NGMC Braselton has become an integral part of surrounding communities by partnering not only in top healthcare but also in everyday needs like exercise, cooking classes, and employment opportunities.  In the early fall of 2016, NGMC Braselton added full-service maternity to the campus.

Reunion is truly convenient to the region’s foremost shopping, entertainment, business centers, and now the State’s top health care facility.  Homeowners can enjoy resort-style living with short commutes and ample attractions, quick lake access, entertainment venues, and excellent medical care.

The heart of the Reunion community may be the golf course but the focal feature is undoubtedly Reunion Hall, a stately, Greek-Revival-influenced event center. Country Club membership comes with various facilities for recreation and relaxation.  No need to venture far for dinner, or even something to do; Reunion is a vibrant and active community with countless opportunities for socializing, entertainment, and even the bi-annual community yard sale.

Reunion for kids

There’s a lot of fun to be had by kids here as well; they can head on over to the Water Park where there is a waterslide and splash pool.  The Country Club also has a Children’s Activity Room as well as a Gathering Hall.  In addition to spaces for kids, the Grand Lawn is home to Easter egg hunts, Halloween bashes, and more.  Weekly “Mommy and Me” meetings are held in the club’s common meeting areas.  Swimming lessons are offered as well.

The Reunion Golf Course

What makes the Reunion Country Club’s par 72 golf course so special is its A-1 Bentgrass greens and varying course elevations perfect for players looking for a challenge.  The course plays 6,936 yards from the back tee.  This world-class, 18-hole championship golf facility, designed by renowned golf course architect Michael Riley, is acclaimed for its pristine, elegant beauty that draws golfers from all over.  In fact, Reunion’s golf course is considered to be one of the most played courses in North Atlanta, and it was named one of the Best Public-Access Courses in Georgia by Golfweek.  One of Reunion’s course highlights is hole #7, which features a par 5 and two greens.

Don’t miss the Pro Shop and a fully-equipped Practice Center.  Improve your game with lessons.  Get the kids involved with the Junior Golfers Program!  Reunion Golf Club’s resident Pro is Jeff Frazier.  Frazier was named a “Top 50 Kids Master Instructor” by The US Kids Golf Foundation.  He’s a Class A PGA Member and has numerous awards, honors, and certifications.

Reunion Homes

Several architectural designs are seen at Reunion. Initially partnered with John Wieland Homes, newer homes are now built by Pulte.  The neighborhood consists of traditional exteriors with cottage, craftsman, and colonial influences lining the streets and painting a quaint, Americana-style image.  Typically, homes range from 2800 square feet and up. Several homes have basements.

One of the attractions of Reunion Country Club is the Hall County tax base. Additionally, the community HOA fees are more reasonable than in similar neighborhoods.

Situated in a top school district, Reunion’s children are in good hands! We live next door at Chateau Corners. Can we join for the pool and workout amenities and not the golf club?
