Meet William!

"I know North Georgia like the back of hand. I think my favorite thing about Real Estate is showing people all the nooks and crannies," explained William Ferguson.

"I grew up here, I was raised in Dahlonega, I went to school here and I love introducing this region to newcomers," William said. William attended North Georgia College before it became The University of North Georgia. He bridged over to Real Estate from the automotive industry where he owned a series of car dealerships. As a people person, it was an easy transition for William. He’s a father of three and now lives in the Flowery Branch area. When he is not showing homes, he’s attending his children’s events or mountain biking through Chickapee Woods.

Some of William’s favorite places to recommend to clients new to North Georgia are Wagon Wheel and the Smith House in Dahlonega, the Two Dog Cafe in Gainesville, as well as Curt’s in Duluth.
